Our service

Out of Spec Deals UK offers vehicle purchase negotiation and personal leasing enquiry support. We do not sell vehicles directly, lend money, guarantee finance acceptance or guarantee a particular discount or vehicle availability.

Service fee

Our advertised fee is £299 for an agreed service. The precise scope, payment timing and circumstances for refunds or cancellations must be provided to the customer in writing before they enter a paid contract. No fee is charged merely for submitting the website enquiry form.

Third-party agreements

Any vehicle purchase, finance or leasing contract is entered into with the relevant supplier, subject to that supplier’s terms, credit assessment and availability. Always review total rental or finance costs, excess mileage, early termination and vehicle return charges where applicable.

Regulatory status

Vehicle finance broking and some leasing-related introductions may be regulated activities in the UK. The business must assess whether FCA authorisation, appointed representative arrangements or an exemption is required before carrying out such activities. This website does not claim FCA authorisation.

Consumer rights

Consumer cancellation and refund rights may apply to distance service contracts. We will provide legally required pre-contract information and obtain any necessary express requests or acknowledgements before starting chargeable work within a cancellation period.
